A young pregnant couple purchased a home in East Hampton from Michael O'Sullivan, owner of Hampton Dream Properties, LLC and winds up losing hard-earned money after being evicted.
Michael O'Sullivan never returned the embezzled money.
On June 12, 2018, Michael O'Sullivan filed a Voluntary Petition for Bankruptcy for Hampton Dream Properties, LLC. The Bankruptcy Petition he filed was for the sole purpose of stopping a foreclosure on a house that Michael O'Sullivan via Hampton Dream Properties, LLC never legally fully owned. Also, Michael O'Sullivan and his Bankruptcy Attorney failed to disclose to the Bankruptcy Judge numerous creditors of Hampton Dream Properties, LLC which is essentially a Bankruptcy Fraud.
The Bankruptcy Petition also failed to disclose numerous properties that O'Sullivan (via HDP) held a quasi ownership interest in via "quit claim deed transfers" for DEEDS that were never recorded. Certain DEEDs on certain properties were not recorded because O'Sullivan and his attorney William Grausso, Esq, devised a plan to avoid being found out with public records because they were "defending the foreclosure action" in the PRIOR OWNERS name and making patently false representations to NYS Supreme Court Judges by letting Judges think that the prior owner was interested in "saving their home" from foreclosure, when in fact O'Sullivan and Grausso were pocketing rent with new tenants. Renting homes in foreclosure is not illegal, but failing to disclose to a Judge that prior owners no longer had any equity interest in a home is a substantial Fraud Upon the Court punishable by disbarment and prison.
